In the case of a faulty disk, you should return the disk ONLY, (not the packaging) with a covering letter containing details of the fault and your name, address and a contact telephone number to:

GT will attempt to replace the disks within 28 days of receipt.
If you encounter technical problems with the game you should write to the above address or call the Technical Helpline which operates between the hours of 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you are sitting in front of your computer or have full details of your computer configuration and the problem you are encountering when you call.
